RFAB is Texas Instruments State of the Art / Science Microelectronics Fabrication Facility located in Richardson, TX.

Michael J. McCoy, AIA, CSI, ASQ, RID, LEED AP, (Mike) was the Project Manager responsible to the Owner. Mike led the Architectural, Civil, Structural and non-process related MEP Design Team and saw the project through the Contract Administration along with a dedicated team of professional, while a Vice President with PageSoutherlandPage, Dallas, TX. MEP Engineering was done by PSP’s staff Engineers. Charles Gojer and Associates performed the Civil Engineering for the overall project and executed the Structural Design for all but the Fab’s main trusses and concrete waffle table.
